In June 2023, approximately 30 North Texas Allied Universal team members participated in an impactful volunteer event with Feed My Starving Children Texas. During the two-hour event, the team packaged more than 15,000 individual dry meals -- equivalent to feeding 42 children for an entire year. The team's dedication to making a difference in their community is applauded and their first event was a testament to their commitment to giving back.

In May 2023, a team of more than 50 Allied Universal professionals participated in the 2023 Special Olympics Chicago Softball Intramural Culminating Event. The Allied Midwest teams’ participation in the event is part of their larger initiative, Project THERE, which aims to give back to the community through acts of service.

Security Professional Dejuan exhibited heroism when a fellow security professional collapsed from a heart attack in May 2023. Acting promptly, Security Professional Dejuan assessed the situation, called 911 and performed CPR until emergency responders arrived. His swift actions contributed to the security guard's survival and ongoing recovery. Security Professional Dejuan’s selflessness showcased the significant influence a prepared and compassionate security professional can have in a crisis.

Security Professional Aaron has been honored by the Board of Directors for San Diego County with a Phenomenal Performance Award for his role in saving a woman’s life. Responding to a distress call in April 2023, Security Professional Aaron and fellow officers found an unresponsive woman and despite their efforts, couldn't revive her. Calling 911, Security Professional Aaron and another officer initiated and sustained CPR until first responders arrived. With the help of EMS and NARCAN, they stabilized the woman before she was taken to a local hospital. Security Professional Aaron’s exceptional actions exemplify heroism and compassion, standing as a testament to his unwavering commitment to duty.

Allied Universal commends Security Professional Jonathan for his quick life-saving response during a recent medical emergency at a grocery store in Corpus Christie, TX. 

While patrolling the customer parking lot, Jonathan was flagged down by a grocery store employee who informed him that a choking baby needed assistance. When he arrived on the scene, Jonathan calmed the panicked parents and instructed them in first aid for a choking infant. Thanks to his help, the parents cleared the blockage and the baby began breathing again.
