Glen Kucera President, Enhanced Protection Services
Glen Kucera serves as president of Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, a leading provider of specialized security solutions. With more than 17,000 employees, the organization provides services including firearm and explosive detection canine teams; risk advisory and consulting; executive protection; intelligence; investigations; disaster and emergency response; active law enforcement; and CBRNE screening.
Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 3,000 unrivaled and nationally certified canine detection teams that help keep millions of people safe around the globe. The organization supports numerous government and private sector industries including healthcare facilities, large event venues, educational campuses, public transportation, distribution facilities, retail settings, financial institutions, national parks, places of worship, government buildings, airports, etc. Kucera has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience. Prior to joining Allied Universal through its acquisition of MSA Security, he held prominent positions with Paramount Building Solutions, Sasco and Wagner International. Kucera earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
