As a Human Resources Manager whose responsibilities extend across 31 states with more than 4,000 employees, Corina Lopez understands the benefits of hiring a diverse workforce.

With 10 years of experience as an HR professional, Corina joined Allied Universal® in 2021 during an acquisition that is part of the company’s global expansion strategy. What she found when she came aboard was a corporate leadership team of inspirational mentors who value diversity and nurture a promote-from-within culture through training and internal career opportunities.
Inspired by her leaders and drawing on her tenure in the HR field, Corina prioritizes inclusivity when it comes to leading her team. During weekly meetings and one-on-one discussions, she actively listens to and welcomes input from her teammates.
