Allied Universal Security Services

With nearly 25 years of experience in the security industry in roles ranging from Security Professional and project management up to strategic client relationship management, Ira Mozee understands the benefits and advantages of having a diverse workforce.

“I believe diversity is a benefit to any organization as it brings different viewpoints to the table,” Ira said. “Since the United States is comprised of people with different nationalities, races and ages, companies can capitalize on those unique perspectives.”

In his current role as Enterprise Portfolio Account Manager, Ira is responsible for numerous multi-location strategic and enterprise account customers. He also manages and coordinates the emergency service response program for clients, overseeing the deployment of hundreds of officers following natural or man-made disasters in the United States.

Backing up his more than two decades of experience are Ira’s academic credentials. He has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, an MBA, and in 2021, he earned a master’s degree in biblical studies.

Ira makes it a point to consider the diverse perspectives of the teams he interacts with on both the Allied Universal side and the client side in approaching personal and professional challenges and adds that his focus is on utilizing his experience and skills to solve problems or fill voids.

“Security is a subject that everyone is somewhat familiar with, and being open to the thoughts and experiences to individuals from varied backgrounds can present viable security solutions,” Ira said. “I keep an open mind and remind myself that people are looking through life from different lenses and have different values and customs.”

In his free time, Ira serves as an associate pastor at his church where they serve the community by serving more than 85 families twice a month through their food pantry.
