Michael Brower’s 10-year enlistment in the U.S. Army gave him the experience to excel in the security industry, and he would highly recommend Allied Universal® to fellow veterans in search of a career where hard work and a strong moral compass are part of the equation.

“The Army showed me not only the importance of having a strong work ethic, but also the importance of being part of an organization that values moral and ethical behavior,” he said.

Michael served in the Army as an Infantryman and as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Specialist. A combat veteran who did tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa, his decorations include the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He also earned the Expert Infantry and Combat Infantry badges.

After his military service, Michael transitioned into the civilian security market as a Shift Supervisor and Project Manager prior to joining Allied Universal as an Account Manager in 2018. Recognized for his skills and leadership experience, in 2019 Michael was promoted to the role of Director of Operations before he earned another promotion in 2021 to his current role as General Manager in Tennessee where he is responsible for leading security operations for several clients.

When asked what his favorite part about working at Allied Universal is, he stated, “There’s never a dull day, and always something to keep you busy.”
