A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt., Bert served for 33 years in Security Forces/Military Police where he gained extensive operational and leadership experience leading Department of Defense Executive Protection teams for the U.S. Central Command and U.S. Joint Forces Command. 

Bert found a niche for his military experience in the civilian security industry in 2008, starting out in human resources and corporate security roles and working his way into operational leadership and Global Security Operations. He joined Allied Universal® in 2018 as a Director of Enterprise Accounts and today serves as Vice President of Enterprise Accounts. In this role, he is responsible for strategic national oversight of the security programs for several large clients, ensuring contracts remain in compliance, developing collaborative relationships with those clients and several their financial and administrative tasks.

A second-generation Airman (his father also served in the Air Force), Bert found a veteran-friendly environment at Allied Universal where he can utilize his passion for leading, mentoring and developing others who will grow to become future leaders.
