Ensuring that organizations and their employees understand their role in maintaining security and are well-informed on good security practices will decrease the likelihood of incidents occurring.

In today's world, where risks are constantly changing and evolving, it’s crucial to have a risk management program that can adapt to changes and provide effective support policies that mitigate risk. This approach recognizes that different individuals and situations may have different levels of risk and that a one-size-fits-all approach to support may not be effective or safe.

Every company has unique needs and concerns and, overall, a risk-based approach, in adherence to an organization’s risk appetite to protective policies is an essential part of effective risk management. By carefully assessing the level of risk involved in different situations and individuals, and tailoring support policies accordingly, organizations can provide effective, safe, and targeted support to those in need.
