Deborah Tate Pecci has one of the most influential and demanding in-house counsel positions in the world. However, it was the flexibility and family friendly part-time position that attracted Deborah to the security business. In 2000, Deborah joined SpectaGuard, a predecessor to Allied Universal, as a part-time lawyer so she could have the flexibility to be with her children ages two and six.
Today, Deborah oversees the company’s litigation as well as labor and employment issues on a global level. While her role is all-encompassing, she still finds time to mentor others.
