A Fortune 50 cloud infrastructure provider operating dozens of hyperscale data centers spanning active construction zones and mission-critical live environments worldwide. The client engaged data center security services across each data center to support complex build and live-ops requirements.

Traditional guard training did not match hyperscale construction and live ops demands. The client needed a role-based curriculum that prepared security personnel to work within engineering and construction workflows, interpret operational data, and support continuity through high-velocity change windows. Training also had to cover enterprise risk management, change management, and data center security certifications.

Allied Universal® designed and deployed a custom online training and certification program built for hyperscale execution. The program combined self-paced modules, instructor-led sessions, scenario-based exercises, and competency-based assessments. Learning paths mapped to construction and live-ops workflows, validating readiness for escorts, project coordination, incident triage, access management, and stakeholder communication in complex environments.

The initiative delivered 20,000+ training hours and 500+ certifications across multiple regions, creating project-ready personnel for global data center operations. Improved coordination, onboarding, and communication reduced delays and strengthened support for construction, maintenance, and change-control activities. Following the program’s success, the client expanded training across additional campuses to support zero-downtime operations and future growth.
