Allied Universal Facility Solutions deployed an autonomous industrial floor scrubber with a docking station for automated charging, water fill, and drainage. The Innovation & Transformation team also supported the installation of a lift station solution to transfer wastewater into a remote sump pit. The program enabled automated nightly cleaning across designated production areas with minimal manual intervention.
 

The robotic cleaning program reduced labor costs by 33% through workforce reallocation and achieved a 1.5-year payback, covering over 32,000 sq. ft. 5 nights a week with telemetry reporting.
