Allied Universal’s Deborah Pecci Named to 2023 Women in Security Forum Power 100

IRVINE, Calif. — March 8, 2023 — Allied Universal®, a leading security and facility services provider, today announced that Deborah Pecci, one of the company’s prominent female leaders, has been selected for the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) 2023 Women in Security Forum Power 100 list.  As executive vice president, Global Employment & Litigation Counsel, Pecci leads the litigation and labor and employment law functions for Allied Universal. Allied Universal is the third largest employer in the U.S. and seventh largest private employer in the world.

This initiative, sponsored by the SIA Women in Security Forum, annually honors 100 women in the security industry who are role models for actively advancing diversity, inclusion, innovation and leadership in the community. Pecci began her career in the security industry as outside counsel and then joined SpectaGuard as in-house counsel in 2000 as its first female attorney. Her role expanded as the company grew to eventually become part of Allied Universal. Pecci is active in the National Association of Security Companies (NASCO), the trade association for contract security providers, and works to promote court rulings and legislation that support the security industry. She also is part of and promotes a diverse in-house legal team at Allied Universal and takes an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion among its outside legal counsel teams, ensuring they are actively recruiting, hiring and assigning diverse lawyers to work on Allied Universal matters.
