SANTA ANA, Calif./SAN RAFAEL, Calif. -- (March 3, 2021) -- Allied Universal®, a leading security and facility services company in North America, today announced the acquisition of Security Integration, Inc.– a security systems company based in San Rafael, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
