As Allied Universal’s regional human resources manager for San Diego, Desert Cities, Ontario and the Inland Empire, Jacobs is responsible for employee relations, compliance, claims management and internal investigations for more than 9,500 employees in the region. Her contributions to the company include facilitating trainings for managers and supervisors both regionally and nationally with a focus on federal and state compliance, employee development and best practices to be successful in their roles.
