SANTA ANA, Calif./SOUTH AMBOY, NJ – December 2, 2019 -- Allied Universal®, a leading security and facility services company in North America, has acquired APG Security-- a South Amboy, New Jersey--based company offering manned guarding and investigative services on a national level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
