Our high standards start with the hiring process. All our prospective employees complete a mandatory state-of-the-art training program before they start working. They learn about our customer service standards. Our employees also learn the proper use of our specialized green cleaning equipment, are introduced to our cleaning products, and become familiar with our recycling programs. We also mandate that our employees receive emergency training, and are familiar with the evacuation routes and procedures for the buildings in which they work.
